Rover INK® Desktop is built on industry standard Microsoft technology. This
includes:

• Database is Microsoft SQL Server Express Edition

Architecture

Rover INK® Desktop is designed to run on a single PC and supports one or more offices with one or more mobile data capture employees using any number of custom forms. It’s ideal for multiple offices that work independently of one another or for offices with mobile data capture employees uploading forms to specific divisions or departments.

Installation

Installation of Rover INK® Desktop requires approximately fifteen to twenty
minutes.

Exports

The data stored in Rover INK® Desktop is available for export in a wide variety of
back-office systems. Standard exports are:
• Access
• XML
• CSV

Rover INK® can write additional export routines to meet customer requirements.

RTF has built a variety of interfaces to work with both common databases and proprietary systems.

Once the company’s servers receive the data, the data is quickly and easily verified for accuracy and integrates with company systems, such as accounting, inventory, or even proprietary software.
