Rover INK® Enterprise

Architecture

Rover INK® Enterprise is a robust software solution designed to work with common business processes.  Its distributed architecture allows freedom and flexibility to accommodate a wide variety of business structures, including:

• Single office with mobile employees capturing data
• Multiple offices with mobile data capture employees uploading forms to a central verification location
• Multiple offices with mobile data capture employees uploading forms to specific divisions of departments depending on the type of form they are completing

Installation

Installation of Rover INK® Enterprise requires approximately one hour.

The first half of the installation is the configuration of Microsoft Windows Server with a connection to the database.  The second half is the installation of Rover INK Enterprise software.

RTF offers both onsite and remote installations.  Rover INK® client software is set up on individual workstations with ease.  The network administrator will provide the appropriate URL, logins and passwords for various user types.

Exports

The data stored on Rover INK® Enterprise can be exported to a wide variety of back-office systems.  The standard exports are:

• ODBC
• XML
• CSV

Rover INK® software can be modified to write additional export routines to meet customer requirements.  RTF has developed a variety of interfaces to work with both common databases and proprietary systems.  RTF can provide programming services or provide an API.
