NoteAmation® Version 3 |
NoteAmation transforms simple pen and paper into intelligent note taking. Using a digital pen and specially created notes pages, handwritten notes are automatically digitized, cataloged and stored in a central database. Once stored, notes are quickly searchable, easily printed or emailed, effortlessly exported to Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format (RTF) and automatically updated in Outlook 2003 tasks and calendar.
NoteAmation Version 3 expands this productivity tool into a productivity suite. It delivers a brand new interface with Outlook style navigation allowing users to work within a familiar environment. It also comes packed with additional features and functionality. Users can manage their notes more efficiently with simple folder creation, drag and drop functionality and the ability to attach documents and images to their notes files. Users will further benefit from the integrated Voice-To-Text technology for note creation and appendages.
Outlook Style Interface
NoteAmation v3 delivers a look and feel that’s brand new but familiar to Microsoft Office users. The design includes the three-column format made popular in Microsoft Outlook. The left section is the “Inbox” and used for searching and organizing your notes into folders. The middle column lists notes in order, just like email. Finally, the right section is used for viewing and editing notes with additional text or voice annotations and distribution of notes.
User Profiles
Handwriting recognition rates exceed 95% accuracy with Version 3’s addition of User Profiles. Users complete a simple profile sheet and NoteAmation interprets the user’s unique handwriting based on style.
Add Additional Comments to Notes
It’s not uncommon to look back on notes from prior days or weeks and find they no longer make sense. To ensure that notes retain their value as effectively as the day they were written, NoteAmation includes the ability to add new notes to an existing handwritten note. NoteAmation interprets the user’s handwriting and displays the text in red. Additional comments or explanation can be typed below the text. The appendage becomes part of the permanent record.
Dragon Naturally Speaking
Support for Dragon Speak
NoteAmation integrates with Dragon Speak® by Nuance to deliver full voice-to-text functionality. Many users prefer to append their notes through speaking versus typing.
A user simply speaks their comments, Dragon interprets their voice and NoteAmation adds the appendage to the permanent note record.
