Rover INK® Xpress

Rover INK® Xpress is an instant delivery system used to move forms from the field to the office. Users complete forms in the field using traditional pen and paper and then transmit the data in real-time to the office for processing.

Users are outfitted with a digital pen and a form created with special software. Forms, such as work orders, safety reports, claim reports and other field reports, are designed to look similar to the forms users are accustomed to using.

As each form is completed, Rover INK® Xpress transmits the data in real-time via a Bluetooth enabled device to an Xpress Server where it’s processed for distribution. Xpress converts the data into a PDF document and sends the image to as many as five different email addresses.
