Rover INK® Xpress PLUS

Rover INK   Xpress PLUS is an instant delivery system used to move forms from the field to the office combined with a hosted document management package.

Users complete forms in the field using the traditional pen and paper method and then transmit the data in real-time to the office for processing. Data is stored as an identical image of the form completed in the field and is securely retained in a database for quick retrieval.

How it Works:

Users are outfitted with a digital pen and a form created with special software.  Forms, such as work orders, safety reports, claim reports and other field reports, are designed to look similar to the forms already in use. Users complete forms using the digital pen. As each form is completed, Rover INK® Xpress transmits the data in real-time via a Bluetooth enabled device to an Xpress server where it’s processed for distribution and storage.

Rover Xpress converts the data into a pdf document, sends the image to predefined email addresses and then stores the image as a pdf in a Microsoft® SQL database.

Web portal access is provided to administer your account. Xpress PLUS provides quick and easy search and retrieve functionality along with the ability to distribute pdf documents via email or printing.
