Moving Data

At the completion of a form or a series of forms, users can either transmit the data captured wirelessly via a bluetooth connection or dock the pen into a USB cradle that is connected to a PC.

Verification Software

It begins with a simple verification process. As data is received in, an operator will review each form, confirming the accuracy of the information. Handwriting recognition, quality control checks and validation technology make this process quick and easy.

Image Database

Following the verification process, forms are sent to an enterprise SQL database. This database acts as repository for an exact image and record of each completed form. Several search and query fields are available to quickly and easily track a specific form, making retrieval processes much more efficient. The Image Database also reduces paper retention and scanning efforts.

Exporting to Back-Office Systems

The Rover INK® technology integrates easily with any management software such as accounting or inventory. The system can be set to parse information into various formats so that it's available for integration into back-office systems. Data can be presented to these systems in a variety of formats including ODBC, XML, SQL, CSV, ADP, Excel and Access. The system can export some or all fields and can export in different formats for import into various systems.
